That will be a tough battle considering that Musk himself owns 22% of SolarCity shares.
- haser_au 10y agoMusk isn't voting on either the Tesla or SolarCity shareholder votes, meaning this 22% becomes "abstained". Edit: Yes he is...sorry, he only recused from the board meeting/votes, not the shareholder votes that are yet to come.
