- iends 10y agoMy wife is a dentist and dentists don't really have technical interviews. You already have a degree and a state license (which will require a national certification test and another board test like CITA). Instead, most interviews are about personality fit and then you often have 4-8 hour workday with the office to see if you're a good fit.
