I've seen Google interview questions before, and I don't find them unreasonable except for the fact you're forced to write things out on a whiteboard. The bigger problem I have is the 5 on-site interviews. Coming up with a solution that is 100% correct and optimal and well-coded for all 5 interviews would be physically and mentally exhausting for me. I have two young children, so sleep deprivation is my constant reality. Not to say no one else in my position can do this, but I certainly can't.
