I've noticed that some people seem to way overprepare for Google interviews in particular. I get that they're hard, but how much practice do you really need for, say, a phone screen?
- linkregister 10y agoGiven that the acceptance rate for on-site interviews is under 20%, I'd say the vast majority of us who have interviewed actually underprepared.
- johnward 10y agoI wonder how many people realize, halfway through the phone screening, that they don't care enough about Google to jump through those hoops.
