I'd like to play with google cloud using my personal details but here in the UK it says you need to be a business/commercial entity on the registration page with the following clause > This service can only be used for business or commercial reasons. You are responsible for assessing and reporting VAT. whereas Amazon don't seem to stipulate that (at least not explcitly, there might be something in their t+c's) and they deal with all the VAT stuff. Oh well.
