I'm a regular employee at the bottom of the fruit bowl but I would imagine that starting a failed startup probably challenged you in a lot of ways and gives the interviewer the opportunity to ask a lot of deep questions in terms of whether you're a good team player that fits for them or not. TLDR; nothing different IMO.
