If you had a nice exit you might be able to use that as EB-1 evidence. That would be a much better route than EB-5. Talk to an immigration attorney about it.

- dusanbab 10y agoDo you have personal evidence of a good exit leading to an EB-1? You would think it would, but that category seems difficult for entrepreneurship/business.
