Nope, these recruiters don't exist, or if they do, are exceedingly rare. Time after time after time in dealing with them in the past few years, all I get the sense of is that they're looking for quick returns with little work. Recruiters, PR Firms, and Event planning companies I've found to be complete waste of time in working with as a startup. Or an event company.
