It almost seems as if the definition of value has changed dramatically. Before it was quantifiable, now it seems to be way more abstract. I blame corpspeak. We all tend to over value ourselves. That's probably not a bad thing if it has healthy limits. I have seen people convinced they "add value" when I can find no quantifiable way to justify the cost for the "value" they bring.
