Not sure why you're being downvoted. This might not be everyone's cup of tea, but this is certainly a valid idea. Tangentially, I've thought about resetting my phone once a month to make sure I only have installed what I want/need. But as a first step, I disabled 23 notifications I didn't need -- kept just SMS and WhatsApp.
