Dutch citizens can travel easier through China, Israel, and Mozambique; they also do not need a visa when traveling through significantly more parts of China. German citizens can travel easier to Mongolia and Vietnam, but can only stay for 15 days there. I personally think that this makes the Dutch passport stronger, but someone who wanted to spend a short amount of time in Vietnam would disagree. Basically, the only thing making the German passport "the best in the world" over the Dutch one is being able to travel easier to Mongolia and Vietnam, even though they can only stay for 15 days. For practical purposes, I definitely think the Dutch passport is better. To each their own, however.
