There have been quite a few commenters that haven't bothered to read even my short comment, let alone the (also rather short) agreement, yet still felt qualified to determine that the NDA clauses aren't present. They are. Personally, due to the overbroad scope I find these liability limiting clauses at least as objectionable as the NDA clauses.
