  I guess it is Most (shorted stock) means [...] not (Most shorted) stock means [...].

    I actually meant the latter, but I think I was wrong as I can't find any reliable source. Just found one weird that placed Tesla in the top 10. I must have read it in some discussion I guess.

      Now I realize that the first one would have to continue with mean not means.

    Or worded more clearly... "Most of the time, shorted stock means [...]"
