- Well my grandma saved it for me when I was a child. - Prove it. - Sorry but she's dead and I moved it to a new bank account two years ago. - Yeah sure.

- vinchuco 10y ago"guilty until proven innocent" He also said they look for inconsistencies in your story. So, the more you talk you have more to explain. It's curious to see the case of lawful vs unlawful corruption evolve, in different countries.
- harryh 10y agoYour comment illustrates a complete misunderstanding of the burden of proof in these cases. In the situation you describe a simple bank statement from "2 years ago" would be more than enough to meet the "preponderance of evidence" standard for these cases.
