I was about to say something about needing an enforcement body of some sort. But then I realized you could literally use a dead man switch.
- fragsworth 10y agoCouldn't the members could write a script (or even just have a friend) that keeps them "alive" forever?
- allemagne 10y agoMaybe using some form of biometrics. Or also hiring some sort of private investigator who would keep track of everyone in the tontine primarily via social media and sometimes by physically checking on them. I'd imagine it would be impossible to get around this problem completely though.
