All of those things are nonsensical extrapolations of things I didn't say. Yes, I understand that nationalities are granted by governments. This is completely and utterly irrelevant to the basic grammar which is involved in parsing "Everyone has the right to a nationality" as a declarative statement. The way you are constantly substituting in things that seem "vaguely relevant" for unrelated grammatical terms ("this is a 'government document' so whenever something is unspecified I guess I just put 'government' in there and hope it parses??") defies basic reading comprehension and standard english. At this point I don't think there's any point in me continuing.
