I downloaded the FoxNews app to watch a presidential debate (must have been about a year ago) and I was shocked to see them doing that. The question was something like "Do you love this app?," the 'yes' button linked directly to an app store review prompt and the 'No' button just closed the prompt. I would have assumed that pre-screening reviews like that would be against the app store rules. Also the app didn't work and I had to find a stream of it online.
