It's already nigh impenetrable. Each tap or action within Messages on the mobile site brings up that modal and also switches your active app to the Google Play (or I imagine the Apple App Store for iPhones) store page of Messenger. Really, really, really annoying. So I've just started requesting the desktop site on my mobile browser.
