  There's a new outflow of illegals from the US to Mexico since 2007. But net inflow of legal migrants from Mexico has been strong and much larger than illegal flows every one of those years. And net inflow of illegals from Central America that cross Mexico is very high and has been rising as illegal inflows from Mexico fall.
