Maybe this kind of sophistry could work on some lawyers or policemen, but it's really not a convincing argument.
- Spivak 10y agoI guess you could call it a loophole, but this loophole is incredibly important for a free internet. Without it, there's no way for a public service that hosts user generated files to exist because people will use it for piracy.
