Indeed. I have the same issue. I want to avoid major traffic and construction, not _all_ traffic in construction. In Boston, where I live, the side streets are often narrow, one way, and labyrinthine. A lot of times, I'd rather just drive the extra minute through the traffic light rather than zig-zag around it.
