What do the UK licence payers win by the current situation?
Why would they loose if people in other contries could see it?
That is the point of post-scarcity economics...
The knowledge and information of the BBC could impact millions instead of billions, and the current payers wouldn't miss a thing.
- stoozer 10y agoBut they would though. They would lose out on the quality programmes that could have been made with revenue from outside the UK.
