I'm not sure there's a problem that needs solving. While I don't like what they do, I don't have to buy a ticket if I'm unhappy. At most, perhaps some transparency would be appropriate. They are not selling healthcare or something else essential, for which distributing it based on buying power would be wrong. I'm not a free market fundamentalist but I think it works fine for concert tickets.
