I use Hugo (http://gohugo.io http://gohugo.io) to generate a static content blog, which is then hosted using a combination of Bitbucket (http://bitbucket.org http://bitbucket.org) and Aerobatic (http://www.aerobatic.com http://www.aerobatic.com). Works really nice, is fast, and requires no maintenance at all.
