Had I not known who Thiel is (or read the subject of this submission), is sentences like this that would give away that the article is about an influential Silicon Valley player. The lawsuit has been throughly reported but if you don't want to comment on it for professional reasons that's fine. No one is questioning the legality of the lawsuit.
