Props for actually posting salary ranges in the posting.
- nsamuell 10y agoYou bet. Not quite "Buffer-level" transparency but we don't want to pretend we're dumping bags of cash on folks; we're actually pretty focused on building a sustainable business, giving employees lots of freedom, etc.
