That's very few pins for a BGA device, might be something for the hobbyist?
- dogma1138 10y agoIt doesn't need that many pin's it's an SSD on chip, all it needs is power and PCIe pinout.
- ChartsNGraffs 10y agoBGA is typically not for the hobbyist market because they're so hard to solder.
