The only one I've ready cover to cover is: "Developing Safety-Critical Software: A Practical Guide for Aviation Software and DO-178C Compliance" It's on par with everything else I've seen. I've skimmed through a few other books on the same area. They all appear to cover the same stuff. I'd recommend the above book to see what most of safety-critical software is (documentation).
