Can you elaborate? It's not clear to me why he would not have written this rant if he had a helicopter. Are you trying to tie his frustration with the bridge to his commute times?

I also doubt Larry Summers and the people who distrust government can relate to each other. So I conclude maybe there might not be larger lessons to be learned from talking a long time to rebuild an old bridge over the Charles in an area with insane traffic and no possibility of building a temporary bridge, due to the layout of the roads in the area.
