I second that. I've got one (kickstarter) and the only thing that triggers the nausea for me is running perpendicular to the direction I'm looking. One of the games I've downloaded has letters and signs you have to lean in really close to read, and I've found no discomfort in that. Maybe it affects other people, though? For me, I'm a little myopic but I take my glasses off to wear the headset so my focusing muscles are a little bit frazzled anyway.
