- djcapelis 10y agoIt's absolutely not a PITA at all if you're coming on BART from the city or the east bay. If you're coming from a Bay Area county without BART services that explicitly chose to pull out of BART and not pay into the system like the other counties? Yeah, absolutely BART doesn't serve you well. Maybe you should talk to your elected officials about why.
