I use VoIP.ms for my landline, and I've just set up a their free IVR to block telemarketers very easily: It plays a recording telling the caller to dial 1 to ring our phones. Very effective, since bots won't parse it. (I've considered going mobile only, but the costs for VoIP.ms are miniscule enough that it doesn't really register anymore.)
