If not the municipality, what is the cost to the city to use the utility poles?
- iokevins 10y agoExcellent question; thank you. I'd like to know, but I don't. At least one of the Supplemental documents, from the City of Santa Cruz December 2015 City Council meeting, mentioned microtrenching. I've also seen mention that they may have right-of-way via existing railway. That's about all I know.
