I do. A group of college guys cannot stay at my house. A group of girls could if they convinced us that they weren't going to party and trash the place. When we first started renting it out we did have a bunch of girls throw a party and there was some damage. They lied about their intention to have a party. The neighbor has been mad at us ever since. Discriminate? Absolutely! No one can force me otherwise. You have to trust the guest not to trash your house. Its very subjective. Rejecting someone means I lose money but its worth the risk.
