When intent determines whether an act is right or wrong I believe I'm asking the wrong question.
- dave2000 10y agoThat's an odd thing to say. It's at the heart of many legal systems. You hit a child with your car. Did they walk out in front of you and you didn't see them or did you have 2 seconds to brake/swerve but didn't want to?
