I live in Atlanta. Our major highway, 285 has digital signage. The speed limits varies by time, car density etc. my. Can be as low as 25mph on a 5 lane highway.

I live in Atlanta. Our major highway, 285 has digital signage. The speed limits varies by time, car density etc. my. Can be as low as 25mph on a 5 lane highway. Sometimes the signs say 00 in no traffic lol (I think during testing..?) I can imagine a "smart highway" where the signs broadcast the current speed limit...and hopefully broadcast the current speed.
