I'm in the process of figuring out how to talk to my color changing LEDs so I can change them over time like flux, but for now I'm just turning them a dim, dull red at bedtime and I am sleeping better than I have in years.

Its striking how much of a difference it makes. There should be PSAs about night time lightening color warmth!
