The sun provides a spectrum with a temperature of roughly 6500K, domestic lightbulbs produce something more like 2700K up to 3000K. The biggest difference between incandescent and CF/LED lights is that the spectrum from an incandescent bulb is quite smooth, whereas other lights tend to have a much spikier spectrum meaning you may see some odd colour effects from them and certain materials.
