I didn't see it as being racist initially, but look at it - it actually does look pretty offensive.
- tremon 10y agoIt looks offensive because it's meant to be, not because it's racist. The cartoon is a reflection on how Wikileaks thinks TISA should be perceived: as a power bloc to open up China's domestic market.
