A guide for front end developers beyond online learning. Thoughts?

Being a self taught front end developer with a background in design I struggled with where to go after exhausting free online resources (code academy and the like). I only truly got to grips with the development process after joining a web agency....this really opened up the possibilities. Are there others out there that would have or could benefit from industry insights in the web development processes? I’d be looking at providing a definitive guides into workflows and techniques including Code Compiling, Code and Asset optimisation/site performance, tools like gulp/git/analytics as well as frameworks & preprocessors. I welcome suggestions for topics others would have found useful in their starter years. Just trying to gauge whether there’s a demand for such a thing outside of my own personal experiences. If there's a demand I'll build it. Not sure of the medium yet either, video or written.
