Whet we are looking at is what to an account would be just the final "net income" number - but behind 10 cents there can be a multibillion dollar business or a teenager who spent most of his/her pocket money. So I don't think it can be decided so easily. Do you think the people thinking about this are not aware of global statistics and did not consider simple explanations?
