Contrary to popular belief (and "your experience", Africa & India , has a lot of ATMs that have a lot of money, I am from South Africa, and I've been to India so I know this for a fact.
- ryanlol 10y agoYour experience must be severely limited then, as both of those countries have very low ATM densities. This isn't just my personal experience, but a very easily verifiable fact. I also seriously doubt that level09 was referring to South Africa in his comment, rather than the other "messier" african nations that all have far lower ATM densities.
