Argh. Well, if you get past the wall of Future Tech buzzwords they've got some great ideas. These come later in the video though, as the first portion is basically:
"Mouses aren't enough, we need [what equates to large ipad screen, AKA tablet, AKA nothing really new here]"
- dangrossman 17y agoThis site is almost 6 months old, before we knew anything real about the iPad. And it is about using a touch surface to control a separate screen, not touching a screen.

- TheSOB88 17y agoPersonally, I think that's mega-unintuitive when you can have the things you're touching right there, in front of your face. Sure, it gets rid of the issue of fingers blocking the display, but people really like the tangibility of the touchscreen. Perhaps iPad-like devices will function as I/O devices for desktops in the future, but it seems more likely that for most markets they'll just completely replace them.
