- scorciapino 17y agoThe sad thing is that this is supposed to be Hacker news, not Apple fan-boy news.
- sjs 17y agoSome can't admit Apple's drawbacks, some can't admit their strengths. Let's just call them all close-minded instead of "fanboys", then we don't have to come up with a 2nd lame insult only meant to dismiss someone without having to actually think about what they are saying.
- pulino 17y agoWhat is ridiculous is that the original comment was only about the web page's gratuitous inaccessibility. So all the other considerations down-voters are making to disapprove his frustration by pro-actively down-voting his comment can only be emotional distress caused by attachment to either Apple's propaganda or wet dreams with Steve Jobs (more likely, imho).

- Groxx 17y agoReferring to the downmoding, or the comment type? I was referring to the downmoding of snide / valueless, not the frequency of comments that fit those criteria. Bad comments are refreshingly rare, in my experience. It's part of why I really like YC.
