That's a good point about language barrier. Whenever I'm in a country that doesn't speak English a primary language, ordering is always a chore and usually involves pointing at menus. And that is even with most countries I have been to everyone has at least a passing knowledge of English. I can't even imagine what it is like when someone is trying to order in the US where most of the population only speaks English.
