Why doesn't netflix just try to by-pass ISPs by rolling out their own service? Big ISPs are starting to cap data, to stop/slow-down netflix. They should just put out their own high speed service like Google.

    Google is doing this with Google Fiber and it's not exactly making a ton of progress :(
