Does the racial make up of NBA rosters make the NBA a racist organization?

- shkkmo 10y agoIf the racial make up of the NBA was due to the use of a test which has not been demonstrated to measure success but does do result in racial filtering: then yes, the racial makeup of the NBA rosters would racist. I have seen no evidence that drug tests for most jobs are an effective predictor of job performance and do anything beyond giving a cover for racial and class prejudice.
