- Aldo_MX 10y agoApplies to ... Windows 8.1 with Bing I'm perplexed that a windows version "with Bing" exist...
- rhino369 10y agoIt's a free version of Windows with Bing installed as the default search engine. Meant to compete with Chromeos.
- HappyTypist 10y agoWindows 8.1 with Bing is sold at a very low price with a 100% rebate (I.e it is free). Google shares ad revenue from bundled searches, if you use Google on Firefox then Mozilla takes 20%. Likewise for Windows OEMs and Apple Safai.
- oneloop 10y agoWhere can I read more about this?
- stevehb 10y agoI'm surprised it's not the official name.
- DanBC 10y agoIt is the official name of that version.

- crazypyro 10y agoIt applies to every version of Windows 8.1, according the docs, not only Windows 8.1 with Bing. To be fair, its an intermittent problem, so could just happen on longer intervals or some other scenario.
- chris_wot 10y agoWe can't have that. Someone fix that bug and get it to start using up CPU cycles!
