Each potential voter decides if they are informed enough. Or at least interested enough. And the two probably go together.

- michaelkeenan 10y agoAccording to the sidebar in the Wikipedia article on voter turnout[1], increasing education leads to increasing likelihood to vote. 38% - No high school 43% - Some high school 57% - High school graduate 66% - Some college 79% - College grad 84% - Post-graduate Though, possibly, being educated isn't the same thing as being informed. - Retric 10y agoThere are barriers to voting that tend to crop up the less white collar your job. One sad issue is lines tend to be vastly longer in poor areas.
