Does Tesla give you a call when someone breaks into your car?

  It would be easy to make a car where the door latches snap shut, the car fills with sleeping gas, and it drives itself to the nearest police station. If there isn't a police station in range, the car can skip the sleeping gas and deliver a two hour lecture on the evils of car crime - which would probably be more of a deterrent than jail time. Of course, false alarms would be even more inconvenient than they are now.

    That's just going to get your windows kicked out and an empty damaged car showing up at the station
